Data tranfer nokia n70 to nokia 5310

Hello,
I have nokia n70 now it is lost fortunately i have backup of my contacts and other items in my pc in software pc suite now i bought a new nokia 5310 (xpress music) i am trying to copy of my contacts from pc to memory card and i got success but when i go in contacts and select to call any contact the contact is not displaying contact field it is displaying in gallery > folder pankaj>backup files>airtel phone book>select open then display the all names only if i select any name i got message on display file format not supported please help to activate my phone book

the file format is not supported by this phone.

this means the you wont be able to see the contacts using this phone.
