Restore point, Acer erecovery is not working

Hello, Sir/Madam my Acer aspire one ZG5 is getin hanged . Even the restore point n acere recovery is not working and its not even geting switched off as well . I want to restore it to its best workng condition as i got very important documents in this . It would be very nice of you if you can tell me how to format the Acer Aspire One Laptop . Thanks a lot .

Hi,

formatting a computer is the last option to choose.

turn off the computer, if it does not, press abd hold the power button for about 5 seconds and the system will power down.

then unplug the power cord, open the casing of the computer and then remove the RAM.

clean the pins properly and then put it back.

try to defragment the local disk C as well.

Which is the ram mine restores to 85 percent then stops
