2003 server restarting

Hai

my server 2003 server restarting ,before restarting the error is the RPC is aborted ,i've tried to start the RPC service again it is aborted and it is restarted again
how can i solve this plz help me

Where can i get ADSL2+router/ modem
model no "UT300R2U" configuration for multi user configuration
