Hello,

If you are able to sign in on hotmail (your mail box ) but not able to sign in on messenger i might be for 2 reasons

1: You need a netpassport

2: Your msn version is no more accessible

Try downloading messenger build 8.5 .i am using it am i very happy .

Otherwise you can still use e-messenger

go to : e-messenger.net or e-buddy
