alright the g1's online are about $100 and you can buy that without the contract right? and then i can buy a prepaid sim card and use that? cause thats whut i want to do

I just dd this today. Had the person i bought the phne from register it with google with his sim, then stuck in my prepaid sim and went wifi. Works great!
