My bluetooth is not working

Hello,
how can i fix my bluetooth wizard in my LG laptop.. it says the file could not be send because the connection could not be established.how can i check that the bluetooth radio is plugged in ?????

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

Hi,

if you are able to search for devices, this means that your Bluetooth is in good health.

if you are not able then make sure that it is turned on

or make sure that you have the appropriate driver.
