Hi,

I have the same problem trying to get a VGA or video output from my laptop. As I am not good with French and the pages have expired, did you find a solution? Thanks, Andy

Hi Andy,
Indeed I got the HP technical service who told me that the cable to buy is the Mini-cable VGA HP (FY828AA). It apparently was only accessible online on the HP boutique. Even if the HP technical service says that the mini VGA cable from apple works....IT DOES NOT and the only cable to fit is the HP (FY828AA) one!!!!. However, HP France has stopped the production of this cable and I was not able to get one....It was an emergency for me so I got around it by getting an USB-VGA/DVI adaptor.... (TRENDnet TU2-DVIV). It works fine!! Hope this help. Cheers. Lylie

Top stuff, thanks ever so much for the pointer. Have contacted HP in the meantime and am awaiting their reply (which will probably say the same). Thanks again. :)
