Windows Explorer has stopped working

Hello,

Dear Sir

I have HP Pavillion DV4- 1211TU, Sr. no- CND(!@$GDO

Problem-

After copping a DVD its showing on screen that

1. Windows explorer has stopped working
2. Windows explorer is restating

Both are showing again and again on screen and no other file , folder and programme is working.
Even task manager is not stopping the programe.

So please send me solution soon.

I will advise you to restore your system to a previous state,

You will have to do it on safe mode:

Open System Restore by clicking the Start button , clicking All Programs, clicking Accessories, clicking System Tools, and then clicking System Restore.‌ If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
