Someone changed my password

Hello,
i had an account in gmail.but someone change my password.now i dont know my password.how can i find that changed password.my life is in that mail only.i gave that mailid to my office.if they send me to come to join the job means how can i go untill i get the information.so pls tell me the way how can i identify my changed password by someone else.pls send me the way.
