I m unable to remove a programme

Hello,
i have installed a webcam programme in my computer.but i wanna delet it now. so i have removed all of its component along with drivers-but there is still a programme names *ArcSoft Video Impression2* i removed ( deinstalled) it many times. it does work properly (the prcess of removing)but it doesn't remove from my computer.
i have checked.there is not any other component in my computer except that one. wil u plz help me to remove thsi from my computer ? i ll wait for ur kind reply. thanks.

Hello,

The only way to remove a software is to remove it from Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel


Open Control Panel and select the software you want to remove and press uninstall

I did the same . i deleted that programme from control panel. it shows as its uninstalling but its not removed. what do i do now to remove it.
