Hello, I am having trouble updating itunes, quicktime or other programs. I can download the setup or update but I can't install because the computer reports there is another intallation already in process. How do I find out what is being installed and stop it or complete it so that I can update my computer?
I have restarted my computer and checked for updates. I can download music on itunes and still use the programs.

Just restart your pc! the problem will be fixed!

Thanks. I have tried that multiple times and the problem still exists. Wehn I restaart the computer I try to downlad the program again and I get the same error message.
