Whats wrong with 9400 gt

Hello,
i am abhishek , my nvidia geforce 9400gt is working but for every game after few minutes of game it crashes
due to the malfunction of my graphic card , gimme a solution for that and one more thing i have recently purchased it , please reply shortly

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0 , 2GB RAM , INTEL DUAL CORE
