Task manager is disable by administrator

Hello,

In our system showing a message task manager is disable by a administrator ,I was installed the combofix after installation, I was see the task manager & problem can't be solve after that I was run the task manager fix but no effect on the task manager , so plz tell me what I can do......

IF MYN COMPUTER TASK MANAGER IS DISABLE BY ADMINISTRATOR WHAT WILL I DO.
