Choosing a VPN depends mainly on the features you need, the country where the VPN is based, and the policies regarding privacy.

NordVPN is based in Panama. There's no mandatory data retention law there, which is great for a VPN provider. TorGuard is based in Florida (US), meaning they don't disclose data to third parties according to their policies, "unless required by law".

However, both of them have good reviews on Trustpilot. You should also compare the features and pricing offered by these VPNs in order to make your final choice.
