Hi,
To appeal the decision if you believe that your TikTok account was banned by mistake, open the notification informing you that your account is suspended and select Appeal. Alternatively, you can contact TikTok via this online form.
I recommend you to only send one appeal. If you send multiple appeals, the review process may take much longer than usual. Normally, TikTok should get back to you within a week. However, if your account was found to be in violation of the community guidelines, it will remain suspended.

Your account should be unblocked if you've complied with TikTok's rules.

According to the reply you got from TikTok, they've made their final decision - after checking your account a second time - to remain your account blocked. For TikTok, your account doesn't comply with their guidelines. Unfortunately, you can no longer appeal the decision.
