Hello,

When Posting a video, Tik Tok asks you if you which frame to use as a thumbnail. But when I go to select the frame I'd like to use, it doesn't show the text or filter I had applied in the prior step. Is there a way to get that treatment applied to the thumbnail, or can I take a screenshot myself and upload that?

I can't see any still image working because TikTok uses a short segment - a few frames - that it runs back and forth for active thumbnails.

Is there any way to get it to choose a segment AFTER processing? I don't understand why it would ever work any other way. I mean, it seems really weird to have a filter on the video but not the thumbnail, so I only see the option of doing any FX or filters offline, and then submitting to tik tok, which essentially makes its own filters completely useless.

As for your question about the thumbnail, the text and filters applied in the previous step may not be present in the thumbnail you select.
