Hp touch laptop blank screen

Hello, i just bought HP touch laptop 2 day and first i opened it it was ok but after 44 mins
the laptop screen turned black i dont know why please tell me how to fix it.

Hi.
This problem has 2 resons:
1- Hardware :
(I recommend that if you bought this laptop brand new it should has warranty with it so just leave it to them).
2- Software:
A new HP laptop for first use needs to setup the software ,the OS and the drivers, this operation should be automatically starts when you turn it on, it could some error happend during this installation, such as a faulty HDD, a faulty Recovery partition, or unplugging the cord from the power line with no full charged battery (AS IT IS A BRAND NEW).
