My computer don't show windows except bios !

Hello all ... actually my computer had some problem I would to formatting it... after checking all portion in bios setting then in boot I am choise the first device like CD/DVD room.. and then pressed F10 then OK.. my computer been restarting then appeared window setup... after it.. I did all way to to instaling the windows XP but after formating my hards and created a new raw by NTFS even here all ways done succesfully then has to restarting computer then will be appear windows special setting in 39 Minutes... but in my computer don't appear that it !!!! after copying the windows files my computer will be restarted then appear this (Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media in selected boot device and press any key ...
Please help me for that question I am very tried for checking thi PROBLEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
