TikTok via desktop - Ten minute upload not working

I access TikTok via my desktop. When I log on I get a popup stating I can upload 10 min videos but the upload box states 180seconds and I get an error message for any video over 3mins that I try and upload. I have deleted cookies and retried on both the desktop app and tiktok.com to no avail.

Ok so yesterday I finally got the ten minute upload. Yay, I thought!!! But then today it's gone back to 3 minutes!!! :(
