Hi,
You'll not be able to remove your phone number from your disabled account unless you recover the access. Unfortunately, recovering the account will be almost impossible because if you've breached Facebook's Terms/Community Standards, your account will remain permanently disabled.
In case you believe Facebook has disabled your account by mistake, you may appeal the decision, then they'll review your account a second time. If they find that your account was indeed disabled by mistake, it will be reactivated and you'll be able to access it again.
For more details, you can refer to this article about disabled Facebook accounts.
If the use of your account was against Facebook's Terms/Community Standards, the only thing that you can do is to create a new account with a different phone number or email address that it isn't currently registered with another account on Facebook.
Hope this helps.
Good luck
