Once your video is published, TikTok doesn't care about it - unless it's a video that infringes copyright.
Videos from other platforms, such as YouTube, that you reupload to TikTok without the permission of the youtuber, broadcaster, etc. are always in breach of copyright and can be deleted at any time without the opportunity to object. Because publishing stuff of which you are not the originator is a criminal offence.
Otherwise, your actual self-made videos will only be removed after they got reported by normal users. And then a report of one single user is of no use either, because the number of reports must be in proportion to the positive reactions the video already got.
But in such a case you can file an objection, after which a real person at TikTok will watch your video. Only when this person determines that the video actually violates the guidelines will it be permanently deleted. Otherwise, the video will be released again and is even safe from further reports. This process can take between 2 hours and 5 days.
