Internet Explorer will not browse

Hello,

I was able to get online by using Internet Explorer of the ATT Yahoo Browser
Then one day the Internet Explorer will not start. It say cannot diplay web page
I tried the network diagnostic for win xp and it says that Internet cannot connect
using Http,https,or Ftp. Check firewall settings.
I did and everything seems to be okay..
I dont Understand. Do I uninstall the Inernet Explorer and reinstall

I wouldn't, If I were you, I'd just use Mozilla Firefox. It's so much faster and reliable. But, if you are a die hard Internet Explorer fan, I guess re-installing would be the right thing to do.
