idk why this info is so hard to find. I have an LG K20v (model number VS501, software Android 7.0). I want to hide an album of photos, specifically without using Google Photos.

I've tried the file manager, where you can choose to show hidden files, but I can't see how to hide them in the first place. I also tried setting a content lock, but there is no option to lock the photos when I click the triple dot menu thing on the photo.

What do I do?

Hello, to hide folders on your PC (assuming Windows 10)
  • Open File Explorer.
  • Navigate to the file or folder you want to hide.
  • Right-click the item and click on Properties.
  • On the General tab, under Attributes, check the Hidden option.
  • Click Apply.
