As i have stated in another post

What i have done before when i had your problem, was to email itunes support and simply tell them this "I have recently had a hard drive crash and did not backup any music/files etc. and would be thankful if you could send them to my accoutn for redownload"

thats it... they usually take 1-3 days for response time untill then just wait and once they sent you will be given instructions on how to go about downloading them from itunes back into your account

I know there are third-party programs here to solve this problem-transferring iTunes library from one computer to another one with no any change and risk including its music, videos, podcasts, playlists, and other arrangements in accord with its original ones. As far as i can see,i think Aniosoft iTunes transfer is great one to backup/restore/recover tool to make it. You can use it to backup your own iTunes library or synchronize multiple iTunes on different computers.

Use your iPod Touch to help you transfer. But you will need to use an iPod Touch to computer transfer program to help you copy because iTunes is one-way transfer

We can free download it to try.

Good luck!
