Outlook Express & Internet Explorer Help
Last answer on Jul 25, 2009 9:04:36 pm BST cwpi, on Jun 22, 2009 11:21:39 pm BSTHello,
All of my problems began when I was unable to get into any of my Word documents and was asked for my Word 2002 disc. Once I reinstalled that, I began having problems with IE and OE. I can get online, I can send and receive emails and I can get onto web sites. However, when I try to click on a link, I don't go anywhere and this happens on every one I've tried. I've also tried to download IE 8 and even though the files are downloaded, when I click on run, the program becomes unresponsive. Today I received a new error: The instruction at 0X32712f7 referenced memory at 9x75cf1270. The memory could not be received. Program terminating. I have gone to other forms but have had no success trying various things.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0
