Can't log in

Hello,
For some weeks now, I've not been able to log into my account. I've followed every procedure given but still can't log in. I got a new phone after some hoodlums stole my phone. Have been trying to log in since then but no way. I've contacted my trusted contacts, entered the codes they sent me but still there's no success.


System Configuration: Android / Chrome 80.0.3987.99
