Facebook account hacked and taken over

Hello,
My Facebook account of 14 years was hacked.
Now I cannot access it. I uninstalled the app from my phone and reinstalled. It just started a new account that I don't want. At the same time someone has been trying to access my personal email account and my Amazon account.
I changed passwords on both.
Facebook only sends me in circles... no help recovering my account.
