Multimedia audio controller

Hello,
my PC have no sound at all. I think I accidentally deleted something. I tried going to add hardware wizard and i tried to reinstall the modem but sad to say i do not have the software to install it again. My modem says something like Modem #0 Line Playback . my multimedia audio recorder has a "?" remark. please help

You will have to install your sound driver.. You can use your DRIVER CD or you can download the driver if you know your motherboard number model! Just try to search on the internet!!
