Speakers dont work but internal speakers play

Hello,
i am having a problem , i recently purchased logitech speakers, plugged them in but, no sound although the sound still playing through the internal laptop speakers, any help would be much appreciated

Hi,

try to plug a headphone to the socket to check if you hear it play.

if yes, this means that the problem is from the speakers.

make sure that the power cable is connected to the mains supply.

get it replaced if necessary.
