How to setup studio using roland 808 & serato

How to u set up studio with serato on roland 808 as im struggling as want to live stream. Any ideas what im doing wrong

I am using a laptop windows 8 for serato and Roland controller from streaming, using nvidia cool master pc with obs for streaming which is going through an r24 zoom interface controller sample by steinberg for sound from rokit 8s, the problem is no live sound from obs

You need a physical cord out from your laptop into the input of the OBS machine. Then select the input in OBS.

Thank you so much, i thought it be something simple, what do u mean by a physical cord?
Just so i completely understand the obs machine being the other pc which has obs installed on?

Yes, the OBS machine is the one running the OBS, and is the one that is compiling the stream to publish.
