GENRIC HOST PROBLEM

i always getting a error message in a dialouge box that
"Generic Host Process for Win32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience".
when i click close button my internet connection is disconnected.and i have to restart computer for reconnecting to internet. so plz help me to fix this problem...wish u advanced thanxxxxxxx
