OMG PLEASE HELP ME!

Hello,
OMG!! I WAS TRYING TO PUT PICTUES FROM MY PHONE ONTO MY COMPUTER. I ACCIDENTLY PRESSED FORMATTING. THEN I TRIED LOOKING FOR MY PICS ON MY PHONE MEMORY AND CARD AND IT SAYS I HAVE NO PICTURES! I HAVE A SAMSUNG GLYDE FROM VERISON. PLEASE HELP ME ANSWER THE FOLLOWING:

DOES FORMATTING AND RESETING MEAN THE SAME THING?
ARE MY PICTURES LOST FOREVER?
WILL I BE ABLE TO GET MY PICTURES BACK?
IF I CAN GET MY PICTURES BACK, HOW DO I?

I am sorry but once you formatted data on your phone you won't be able to recover it!! Just too bad!! Next time be more careful!

r u sure? bcuz i pressed cancel and it said that. how do u format anyhow? i dunt want to take the chance of doing it again.? :( what does formatting mean anyway? i am sorta young and not good with big words
