Is there any way to hide my ROUTER IP address? (Not my public IP)

Hi,

I have 3 IP adresses, public IP address (Revealed by myip.com or similar sites), ISP IP address (Displayed on my ISP dashboard) and ISP IP address WAN (Also displayed on my ISP dashboard).

ISP = Internet Service Provider

So my question is, which one of those three IPs are visible and detectable by websites?

Because even when I change my public IP address, a site called "Chaturbate" still knows it's me, still

knows it's my pc, still knows it's my wifi router, still knows it's my house and bans every new account I create.

It's clear that my public IP is visible, but what about the two others?
