I have one laptop vista preloaded ibm brand but now it is not booting that error message is bootmgr is missing what can i do

Hye there,

you should go on safe mode and then do a system restore
to access safe mode press F8 when your pc starts. Once you are logged on windows you will have the choice to do a system restore!!

Choose a date when your pc was running normally!! then let the process to be done!
Restart your machine normally!
