Can't open things after I log onto Facebook

I log onto Facebook. I can see everything on that 1st page but I can't open anything. For example I cant open my profile page or go to my friends list what can I do to fix this problem?!?

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

Just clear your internet explorer browser cache.. and history!!
