Flash drive is write protected

Hi,

I have tried, but no method is working. The 3 method is not working
1...typing diskmgm.msc...I doesn't give me the option to delete the partition
2...typing regent exe...it doesn't give me write protected options
3....command prompt........it doesn't. show these eternal flash it only display internal disk
