PC Turn ON but when goes to boot blue screnn shows up and pc restart

WindowsVista Im wanted to my old pc repair i turn on pc and when goes to boot blue screan shows up and pc restart

Im trying to install windos xp then im put usb in and goes to bios to set first boot device usb and pc restart
And nothing hapenn just pass and go to windows boot Secendary im tryed to sett first boot device usb secondary disabled ,third disabled and saved.
And again nothing im tryed cd i put and set and again nothing plz help

Note: pc works earlier

Windows XP has problems with some newer motherboards. XP does not have the required I/O drivers for the latest generation of motherboards.

AND IM SET FIRST BOOT DEVICE USB FDD
