I want to play sims 2!!

Hi! I have a mac but in the mac i have windows vista. In windows vista i installed the sims deluxe and it works perfectly fine, and the i installed the sims 2, the process of the installation of the sims 2 was perfect but when the installation process completed and i wanted to play the game a box appears saying: "This program has known compatibility problems. Look if there any solution online in the website of microsoft. If you find any solution, windows will show you automatically a website with steps you can follow." But on the website they recomend me there are no solutions, WHAT CAN I DO TO PLAY THE SIMS 2!?

Configuration: Windows Vista Internet Explorer 7.0

This is a problem of compatibility! You just have to uninstall it and re-install the game!!
