Victim of software counterfeiting

Hello,
Anytime I switch on my PC a starlike icon appears with a message that reads "YOU MAY BE A VICTIM OF SOFTWARE COUNTERFEITING, THIS COPY OF WINDOWS DID NOT PASS GENUINE WINDOWS VALIDATION". I dont know why this apears. please help me on this.

Hye this means that that windows is not genuine! you will have to activate your windows copy!!
