You will have to download ebuddy for mobile, java software and install it to your mobile using nokia pc suite!

There are numerous of universal applications, such as Fring, Nimbuzz, Palringo and many more, so I don't know why you just mentioned ebuddy. Advertisement maybe? ;) Ebuddy is not the richest application of them all if you ask me.

If you don't have need for an applications that cover other IM servers at the same time, but just want to login on google talk or msn instead, you could simply use the official Nokia application "Contacts on Ovi" or "Windows Live Mobile" respectively.
