Hello,

Hi all my hubby an cousin decided to try an upload photos from his phone which stopped my keyboard and mouse working how do I get it to work again I don’t have a clew though what to do thanks Vicky

There is no signal coming from your computer press any key on the keyboard or mouse to wake it up

Here is a CLUE! Plug the keyboard and mouse back into the USB ports that they unplugged in order to hook up his phone! IF you press the NUMLOCK key, and no light comes on, it is disconnected! Pick up the mouse, does it have a red light? If not, it is disco too!
