Audio and network not working

Hi, I did something to my computer a couple days ago where I like enabled and disabled stuff, honestly idk what i was doing and now my audio and my internet connection is not working. I tried so many methods and nothing is working. And i cant remember what exactly i disabled and i dont know how to get back the screen because i forgot what it was called. I feel like i disabled like something that both of the icons need. The audio icon just has a red x in the conner and the network icon is gone. I open up the properties and both say "this device is not working properly" and when i try to troubleshoot them it says "troubleshooting couldnt identify the problem" so i just need someone who knows something about this kind of stuff but right now my computer is kinda useless.
