Hi, I did something to my computer a couple days ago where I like enabled and disabled stuff, honestly idk what i was doing and now my audio and my internet connection is not working. I tried so many methods and nothing is working. And i cant remember what exactly i disabled and i dont know how to get back the screen because i forgot what it was called. I feel like i disabled like something that both of the icons need. The audio icon just has a red x in the conner and the network icon is gone. I open up the properties and both say "this device is not working properly" and when i try to troubleshoot them it says "troubleshooting couldnt identify the problem" so i just need someone who knows something about this kind of stuff but right now my computer is kinda useless. Ty

Hi

You may not get a solution to your issue this evening but tomorrow morning because it's kind of late and other things are on the burner.

In brief you are not getting audio and no internet. Please confirm.

Tell us the make and model of your computer.

Tell us what is your operating system.

Catch you later

Hi

For your sound you must reinstal your audio card driver.

For your Internet, I would start by calling your ISP.
