SD Card not detected

I have a Strontium SD Card, i installed it in my phone and then, I removed it without ejecting. Later on, it doesn't detect it anymore. Tried on the mac and another phone, no sd card appearing. Put it on windows, it got detected but there are lots of problems.

I see the files, but when I click on those files or make any progress such as deleting, formatting, opening the files will lead the sd card to close. But when I reinsert it, it still gets detected but I cannot make any progress with it.
When I tried several methods of formatting, it still closes.


P.S the folder's properties' security tab is missing
