Dear Sir, i have HP Compaq dx2480 business pc if start on pc display show in monitor but usb/ps2 keyboard not working. i have also connect new usb keyboard but same problem.

When you plug in the USB keyboard, and press the NUMLOCK key, does a light come on? What if you try in another USB slot? Does the ps2 keybaoard when you press the NUMLOCK key?
