PS connection test fails

I am Using Internet connection 4.5 LTE with Speed of 15 to 20 mbps but my ps now test connection always fail. plz help me to solved this issue

So your Power supply is failing connection test? that is really weird! Typically it is a PS# or PS4 that fails them, not power supplies!

Perhaps the PS isn't on the correct band, and needs to be on the B/G band, and not the N!
