Strange internet problem

I started having internet problems at this time. I cannot get on google chrome or Microsoft edge or any other browser to look something up, however; I can get on gaming apps such as steam and text people and download updates but cannot access the community. I can do the same on discord, but I can’t speak.

This is happening to the entire network. My phone cannot get internet, other computers, iPads. All devices have in common it says I have internet.
