Hello,
We have Windows XP. We just set up a YAHOO account and the only thing that does not work is opening .doc attachments from e-mail. We tried Tools, Internet Options, Programs, but there is no settings button to change how the .doc extension links to WORD. Can you help?

Configuration: Windows XP, Internet Explorer using WOWWAY

Hi,
right-click on the .doc file and then click on Open with...
then choose the Ms Word application to open the file.
this should fix your problem.
