Alway get error when install application

Hello,
i used Ubuntu 9.04 32bit, all the time i install application from the resposrity package manager it always appear error,so i can't install any application even the Kubuntu-desktop. any suggestion?

Configuration: Mac OS X
Firefox 2.0.0.20

I can install everythings from synaptic package manager when i connect to internet, so how can install without internet.
