sir
while insatalling nero software at the time blue screen displayed after that it automatically restart then hard disk is not detecting give me the good solution

Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

All you have to do is to Restart in safe mode and try to uninstall Nero!
Restart the system and install it again!
