Facebook account is disabled as a security precaution

Last night I received a pop up message from Facebook, asking to send them a photo of myself for security reason to make sure that the account is mine.
Immediately after I upload my photo, I've got logged out of my account and every time i try to log in it says "You can't log in at the moment. We'll get in touch with you shortly after we've reviewed it. You'll now be logged out of Facebook as a security precaution." I asked for code via my phone but even after entering the code I still get the same message! what can I do please?I need to get back to my account ASAP . HELP!

You will need to wait for Facebook to respond.
